Caravans & Camping

Caravans & Camping “Adults only” site

  • Our site is on the edge of the small village of Kirkby on Bain.
  • For added security for our site we have decided to add an automatic barriers & CCTV.
  • We have a large level well drained field with 4 hard standings and 6 pitches. (we will do our best to reserve any pitch you require, but can not promise this due to logistics in the week before your stay may prove to be difficult).
  • We have 12 electric hook ups in total and 3 water points across the site making plenty of room for each pitch.
  • We also have a small grassed field that we now have turned into 5 seasonal pitches.
  • On site we have 2 Clean well maintained toilets / showers with heating (one of which is DDA compliant) and 1 separate toilet.
  • By the shower blocks we have an outside sink with hot & cold running water.
  • We have a recycling policy on site.
  • We have a small shop on site for those every day consumables.

  • Well behaved dogs welcome, we ask that dogs are kept on a lead while on site and around the fishing lake.
  • We do have a short dog walk area on site, but there are good dog walks locally.
  • Dog waste bins are provided next to the bins on site.

Please visit our fishing tab for rules, times and charges.

We have a small stock of fishing baits & accessories in our shop.

Like many dwellings in the area we are not on mains sewage, we have a biodigester tank instead. To keep it running properly we would ask that you use the biodigester friendly Elson chemicals (the biodegradable ones that don’t contain Formaldehyde) we do keep some on site if required within the shop.

We are situated next to the Ebrington Arms Public House which serves great pub grub. There are a number of other country pubs a short distance away, we will be happy to help you out with directions to these.
3 miles from the picturesque Woodhall Spa.
4 miles from Coningsby and Tattershall.
