Touring with a Caravan or Motorhome
In short: Bainside welcomes caravans, motorhomes, campervans, trailer tents and tents on 14 adults-only touring pitches at Kirkby on Bain, five minutes from Woodhall Spa. Hardstanding pitches come with an electric hook-up, and grass pitches can be booked with or without one. A pitch is £25 a night without electric or £28 with it, for two people and an awning.
Pitches and Hook-Ups
There are eight hardstanding and six grass pitches on a large, level, well-drained field, with 16 electric hook-ups and six water points across the site. Every pitch is a short walk from our 1.75-acre coarse fishing lake. At the top of the site are 11 seasonal pitches, five of them with direct access to the water.
Facilities
Two clean, heated toilet and shower rooms, one of them DDA compliant, plus a separate toilet and an outside sink with hot and cold water. A small shop in the reception shed sells everyday essentials and free-range eggs from our own hens, and automatic barriers and CCTV keep the site secure.
